My package from wingz.az arrived fine in the end, but the tracking was confusing. It showed updates that didn’t seem right, then changed late, so for a few days I had no real idea where my parcel was. This should be a simple thing, but it ended up being unnecessarily stressful. They really need to improve the tracking accuracy.

I’ve used Wingz a few times now and, my packages have arrived in good shape for the most part. Like, the boxes weren’t damaged or anything, and the items inside were totally fine. There was one time where the outside package had a small dent, but yeah, it wasn’t a big deal and nothing inside was affected. I do feel like the delivery updates could be a bit quicker, though. Overall, good service, and I’d give it 4 stars.

I was kind of in a rush when booking, so I really appreciated that the prices were fair and the fees were shown clearly before I paid. There weren’t any strange extra charges at the end, which made the whole thing feel easy and stress-free. That’s why I liked using wingz.az

I knew customs might add a bit of a delay, but I expected it to move faster than it did. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but definitely more frustrating than I was expecting.

To my surprise, they answered quickly and helped get everything sorted without a bunch of back and forth. From my experience, it felt like they actually cared about making it easy, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a no-stress situation.

The food eventually showed up, but it was really late. I was disappointed and kind of regretted placing the order by the time it arrived.

I tried wingz.az on the website first and then downloaded the app after seeing others mention it, and it was easier to use than I expected. The pages loaded quickly, everything was laid out clearly, and I didn’t have to click around too much to find what I needed.

The app is useful for checking bookings too, though a couple of filters felt a bit slow and some buttons could be more obvious. I’d probably check what other users say about updates, but overall my experience was good and I’d use it again.
